Quick Media Converter (QMC) is a universal video converter that was specifically designed to convert video formats to other video formats, to do this we are using open source code from a software engine called FFMPEG using its own codec library and Player.

· Preview and/or listen to video and audio files with Quick Media Player Multi unversal player (needs Klite or ffdshow installed on your computer).

· A myriad of formats is recognized by FFmpeg in Quick Media Converter.
Those not recognized yet, are worked on by many people around the open source community and may most of the time, become available sooner or later.

· Many files to convert? No worry, batch files processing is also supported by QMC.
· You are lazy by nature and do not wish to start selecting files? That’s okay just drag and drop the files in the active worksheet.

· Included in QMC 4.0.0.30 Beta are 3 different versions of ffmpeg to ease and stabalize conversions according to the users needs.
· Errors in the active worksheet can now be copied and pasted over in the forum.
· Loading time for the application has been drastically reduced .
· Bugs from previous versions have been corrected ( Ie Divx bitrate in easy mode)
· We have now also included a bitrate slider in the easy mode to allow users to fine tune image quality according to their respective needs with respect to size and quality as well.
· Install procedure is reviewed and is sticking to the windows OS requirement (you must install QMC as an administrator with full rights and also make sure that particularly MS framework must be up to date ).
· Youtube HD formats in Easy mode to allow you to prepare your HD vids for upload in HQ to Youtube
